Step two: Implementation project
Turn findings into agreed improvements.
The Full Beverage Review moves from diagnosis to action: detailed pricing and margin work, changes to the list and by-the-glass program, and practical help putting them in place, within a scope we agree with you first.
The problem this addresses
Knowing what is wrong is not the same as fixing it. Many venues hold a list of observations and have no spare time, data discipline or specialist hand to turn them into changes the team can run. The Full Beverage Review is paid implementation, not a longer report.
Every venue starts from a different place, so the scope is agreed with you before work begins: which areas, which data, and where the project ends.
Signs a Full Review could help
- You have ideas, or a previous diagnosis, but the changes have not happened.
- Margins are uneven across categories and nobody can say why.
- Your POS holds sales data that nobody has had time to read properly.
- Prices have drifted and a full re-price feels daunting.
- The by-the-glass range needs rotating but every change feels risky.
- You want an expert alongside the team while changes go in, not a report delivered and left.
Questions the Review helps answer
- Which prices should move, by how much, and in what order?
- What do the sales and stock data say guests actually buy?
- Which wines earn their place and which are holding cash?
- How should the by-the-glass program change?
- Who does what to put the changes in place?
Potential scope, agreed with you
- Detailed pricing and margin analysis.
- Wine-list architecture and pricing adjustments.
- Deeper analysis of the POS, sales and stock information you supply.
- Prioritised changes to the range and the by-the-glass program.
What the project delivers
- Agreed pricing and structural changes to the list.
- A prioritised plan for range and by-the-glass changes.
- Practical implementation support while the changes go in.
- A defined project scope and completion point.
The precise deliverables, data requirements and time commitment are agreed with you in writing before work begins, so you know what you are buying.

Common questions
What does $750 cover?
It covers a Full Beverage Review scoped to your venue. The areas, data and completion point are agreed in writing before work begins.
Is GST included?
Yes. The $750 price includes GST.
Do I need a Snapshot first?
No, but it is a low-cost way to start. If you proceed to a Full Beverage Review within 14 days of receiving your Snapshot, the $199 is credited towards it.
What information will you need?
Usually your current list and food menu and, where available, POS sales, invoices and stock information. We agree exactly what is needed at the start.
What happens when the project finishes?
It closes at the agreed completion point. If you want continuing support, Ongoing Beverage Support picks up from there, with the $750 credited if you start within 14 days.
