About Vino Logic
What does Vino Logic Consulting do?
We give independent restaurants and wine bars access to specialist beverage expertise: pricing and margin, wine lists, by-the-glass programs, buying and stock, and team confidence, without the cost of a full-time beverage manager or sommelier.
Who is it for?
Owners, operators and general managers of independent hospitality venues where beverage sales and decisions matter, but a dedicated full-time specialist is not practical.
Is this the same as hiring a sommelier?
No. We work behind your existing owner, manager and team. It is specialist beverage input, not floor coverage or daily operational management.
Where do you work?
Remotely across Australia. Onsite tastings, training and planning days can be arranged.
Services and pricing
How much does it cost?
A Beverage Profit Snapshot is $199 including GST. A Full Beverage Review is $750 including GST, with the scope agreed first. Ongoing Beverage Support starts from $1,500 per month, agreed in three-month blocks. Custom projects, such as pre-opening programs and redesigns, are quoted individually.
Can I start small?
Yes. Most venues begin with a Snapshot. If you move to a Full Beverage Review within 14 days of receiving your Snapshot, the $199 is credited. If you move from a Full Review into Ongoing Support within 14 days of its completion, the $750 is credited towards your first month.
Why is ongoing support agreed quarterly?
Beverage decisions take weeks to show in the numbers. A three-month block gives enough time to make changes, see their effect and work properly with your team.
What do you need from me to start a Snapshot?
Your current beverage list, your food menu and a short questionnaire. Sales, invoice and stock data are optional at that level.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Commercial outcomes depend on your venue, your guests and how recommendations are put into practice. We aim to give you clear, specific and prioritised advice, not promises.
Working together
Do I need to share my sales figures?
Not to begin. Sharing sales, costs and stock information makes the work more precise, and it is handled confidentially.
Will you tell me to drop wines I love?
Not necessarily. The aim is a list where every wine has a clear job. Some favourites earn their place for reasons beyond sales, and we will say so.
What if I am opening a new venue?
Pre-opening beverage strategy, list development and team preparation are handled as custom projects, quoted individually after a conversation.
How do I get started?
Use the contact form, email us or send a WhatsApp message. We will reply with the most sensible next step, which is sometimes a Snapshot and sometimes just a conversation.
Still have a question?
Send it through. We will reply with a straight answer.
