Terms of service.

These terms apply to services provided by Vino Logic Consulting ("we", "us"). Each engagement is also set out in a written scope or quote, which prevails if it differs from this page.

Services and scope

A Beverage Profit Snapshot, a Full Beverage Review, Ongoing Beverage Support and any custom project are provided as described on their pages and confirmed in writing. What is and is not included is stated in the scope. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.

Prices and GST

The Beverage Profit Snapshot ($199) and the Full Beverage Review ($750) are quoted including GST. Ongoing Beverage Support starts from $1,500 per month and is agreed in three-month blocks, with the fee and GST treatment confirmed in your written scope. Custom projects are quoted individually.

Credits

If you move from a Beverage Profit Snapshot to a Full Beverage Review within 14 days of receiving your report, the $199 is credited towards the Review. If you move from a Full Beverage Review into Ongoing Beverage Support within 14 days of its completion, the $750 is credited towards your first month.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Our findings depend on it. We treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to provide the service.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our advice is based on the information supplied and our professional judgement. Commercial outcomes depend on your venue, your guests, the market and how recommendations are put into practice, so we cannot guarantee any particular result. Our reports and resources are general commercial guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice.

Use of our work

Reports, scorecards and resources we provide are for your venue's internal use. Please do not republish or resell them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Payment and any cancellation or change arrangements are set out in your written scope or invoice.
